Rules of this board
The neighbors' choices are fixed. The upper house picks from the front spots and the lower house picks from the back spots. The guide spells it out, so you can count what will be left.
There is no luck. No random numbers are used after the board is set, so the same order always gives the same result.
Undo is free. You can take back one move at a time or start over. We do not count how many times you come back.
Everyone gets the same village on the same day. So you can compare whether you filled it.
