How to play Pumasi

한국어

Three houses share 6 village spots. Each house sends 2 workers a day, so you place six times a day, and with six spots, if you place late you only get what is left.

Village spots

A spot that costs something can only be used after you hold it, which is why order is the skill.

Where the two neighbor houses go

Hiding it would make it luck, so we write down the rules of the 2 houses as they are.

So the middle spots (Hill and Market) mostly come to you, while the Paddy and the Field are better grabbed first when you stand at the front.

Getting through the days you place late

The starting house changes every day, and with three houses you stand first once every three days, and some days you place fourth or fifth.

  1. Grab the scarce spots on the days you stand first. The neighbors want the Paddy and the Field too, so you cannot get there on any other day.
  2. On late days, go to a spot that costs something. The neighbors avoid them, so the Market and the Village school are still open late. If you already hold wood and rice, late days get easier.
  3. Look at all four days as one. If you pick the best move one day at a time, you miss a spot on the last day because you have nothing to pay.

Common traps

Why you can always fill it

When we set the order, we count everything you can actually gather within 4 days, and we do not set an order that is not among them. A day you cannot fill is wasted effort, not a game.

We also do not set an order that fills no matter how you place. Anything that comes out by always sending to the first open spot is left out of the orders. Then there would be no reason to choose.

One board a day, the same village for everyone

The order comes from the date of the day, so everyone who visits on the same day has to meet the same target, and you can compare whether you filled it. Everything runs in your browser and there is no sign-up.
